He was not a big fan!! Totally freaked out, even when Daddy sat with him, you can see he's like 'Get me the $#$%* out of here!!'
In the car he kept saying all worried 'guy home' - looking for reassurance that the 'guy' (Santa) went home and he wouldn't have to see him anymore. haha

the first Christmas present....

Gramma and Grampa Keener brought Jude a cool Lightning McQueen chair/race car....that talks. Jude thinks the 'noise' is pretty funny!

Last day at the museum

The great children's museum near us had it's last days at the end of Nov - we made sure to take advantage. We will miss it this winter!!!

Thanksgiving '08

A little smaller than years past, but still a great gathering of family......

Getting ready for the new addition...

Jude has been showing his caregiver side here and there lately. He generously shared his olives and pizza with his baby when he got the highchair - and goes through spurts of diapering, feeding, hugging, and, um...belly button shaking. We'll have to work on that last bit before the girl arrives......

I have been neglecting the blog. I'm going to attempt to quickly catch up with the past month now that we have our power back, wahooo!!!

Jude's Big BED!

and that's how he says it. every time he sees it. Jude's big BED!!!! he loooooooves it. we have even had one heavenly night of sleeping all the way through the night - for the first time in 22 long months. getting him to lay still enough to fall asleep is quite the challenge - but he loves being in his bed, and is sleeping much better for the most part. yay!

Cider Hill Farm

We couldn't let fall pass us by without a true New England apple picking day - complete with hayride and cider donuts. The weather was perfect, and we had so much fun with Gramma, 'Nay-Nay', 'Larley', and Em.

On our last trip to CT before baby girl joins us, Jude got to visit the farm. He had a great time checking out the animals....but I think his favorite parts were sitting in the 'bussss' and on the tractor. Boy to the core.....
